Everything! I would not change anything. Various and delicious breakfast. Free fruits in the afternoon. Great, big and clean pool - 24/7 open. The staff were friendly and useful.

This is the best hotel we stayed in Thailand ever. It is beautiful and very well arranged with the nature. The hospitality experience is great. During the check-in we were informed we were receiving an upgrade and to be honest it saved us, considering the number of stairs... The stairs may be inconvenient in the beginning but then you get used to it. However it is not a good place for people with limited mobility. The cottages are cute and well arranged. The bed is very comfortable. The rooms are just pretty. There is a private, beautiful beach, well equiped. Many sunbeds available for guests, near to the swimming pool or/and the beach. The water is like a soup, very warm it was very relaxing to stay in the hotel and enjoy the nature. When you go there, you have to be prepared to eat in the hotel, it is not so close to the restaurants. However, the food is very tasty. The quality in the restaurant vs room service is the same, we were very happy with the food every time. The portions are decent. maybe it could be a bit more choices for a room service, because we ordered it a lot, as we had a small baby and were not that mobile. The staff was very helpful and they support the guests, they always help on the beach and also when we had to arrange a doctor it was smooth and quick. I am very surprised with this place in a good way, the best holiday for a long period of time. We feel like we will come back there next year or in two years. The only thing, people complaint about is breakfast and yes, there are not so many choices comparing to other hotels, however there is available breakfast alla carte too and you could order things are not freely available. Everything was tasty overall. The place is not the newest and the most modern place, however you cannot notice that, because it is very well maintained.

Everything! There is an amazing garden with relaxing swimming pool, hidden sunbeds among the tropical plants. Just paradise. The villa has beautiful interior design, very comfortable with everything you need. And the staff was the best - always helpfull and taking care. There is possibility to arrange taxi or massages in the villa. Thank you for wonderfull time🙏

The stuff were very nice. Very good location. The rooms as well super clean and beautiful. The breakfast is really delicious with lot of freshly cooked choices. Highly recommend to visit their restaurant for lunch/dinner the food is super tasty! Great idea is the app that you use when you stay with them that you can order amenities/food/drink/towels/book trips with it 👍🏻 The pool area is also super chill

Holiday Inn, Surin is highly underrated by booking.com. Before coming to Thailand, I looked at the hotel reviews, especially the last 2 week window, even though people had good opinions, a few bad reviews nearly led me to avoid booking this property. However, I trusted the brand and my instinct, it turned out to be the best decision. This is a 20 y.o. property, but well maintained and has modern outlook and rooms. Their interconnected rooms are unique. Their front desk staff has good communication skills, the activity-manager & the duty-manager enquires about the guest's stay experience from time to time and takes honest feedback and tries to address wherever they can. I think this is a great gesture to retain guest for future bookings. They have neutral breakfast options, good SPAs, and great indoor facilities e.g. a poolbar, a bar next to the snooker boards, a barbecue area and a lot more. The lobby has musicians playing traditional Thai music and live music later at night between 7 to 9pm. The Hotel is right across the street overlooking the Surin beach, that's why it's called a "beachfront hotel". The beach is a 2 minute walk, get the beach towels and umbrellas from the front desk, reception. We liked the locality which is quiet, clean, and well organized with easy access to beachside vendors, local markets, pharmacy and 7-elevens. The pharmacy is like 100 yards from the hotel on the sidewalk. There's a tour taxi station right outside the main gate, I booked my city tours there itself. Great people and great cars. Surin beach is very clean, and one can experience a splendid sunset/sunrise here, also the beach is safest for shower. The hotel is quite cozy, the pool is great for kids and adults.

Very good location, close to the beach. Excellent variable breakfast, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Cleanliness everywhere. I like hotel very much. Highly recommended.
