The hotel grounds are exquisite and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Free shuttel to the beach clubs were a plus. We also got upgraded to a stunning penthouse with its own private pool which made the stay even more memorable.

The Surin Phuket is one of the nicest resorts I have stayed at in Phuket. From the moment you arrive at the lobby you get a sense of how stunning this hotel is. the gorgeous black tiled pool the beautiful sandy beach and sheltered bay , and the little villas set amongst the tropical foliage on the hillside all add to the magic. Add the outstanding service from staff who go the extra mile to cater to any request, the fabulous restaurant on the beach for beautiful Thai dining , the cocktail bar, delicious breakfasts and rooms with incredible views of the Andaman Sea, and you will never want to leave . my husband and I enjoyed 6 nights here. we rate The Surin Phuket 5 stars and it is truly deserving of them.

We were with a family of 9 members and had a great time at Villa in the Garden. This is really an awesome villa to spend a quality holiday. all facilities are there and in reality it looks even better than on pictures. JA and her team gave us unforgettable memories and were always ready to help us out on request. delicious breakfast every morning, laundry and airport pick up/drop off are included. this holiday was far beyond our imagination. We loved staying at Villa Alanna! The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. Having the space to spread out and rest in peace away from the craziness of resorts was exactly what we were looking for in our accommodation on our holiday. The pool was beautiful. The staff were super friendly and accommodating to our needs. Breakfast was amazing and got us through till afternoon! A free shuttle service to take us into the beach, town area and Blue tree when we needed it. Loved every minute of our stay!
