We basically loved everything about this place. The staff was super nice, very chatty and always with a smile on their face. We loved the food, we loved the vibe, the beach was nice. The bungalows are nothing special but very cozy and have everything you need.

Super close to the beach, nice holiday vibe, a swimming pool where you can sit til late. Everything was clean and neat. Fridge in the room, cups, shower accessories. Close to the restaurants and shop as well.

We stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon, and this is by far the best experience we had in any hotel ever. Hotel is located on a beachfront at chaloklum, and the atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet. First, the rooms - they are huge! Spacious, the pool temperature is perfect, they are extreamly clean and the staff are very attentive to the details! Second, the staff and especially Floyd the guest manager. She was amazing! She was super attentive to our needs, helped us secure taxis and rides even outside the reception working hours, made sure everything was ok with our breakfast and stuff we received by the hotel and if i could have given extra 5 stars i would have given them to her! Would defintely return to this piece of heaven! Super recommended!

From the access through a hike, it’s hidden door in the jungle, the design of its villas, it’s amazing human service and their excursions all is about the experience and the feelings and thoughts that it creates. All was organized and carefully designed for this. As they said they are reinventing hospitality and it is about time. I will come again

The ground floor room on the beachfront is a dream. We even woke up to watch sunrise. The restaurant had a perfect selection of items on the menu and breakfast was also very tasty. Loved the massage. Overall I highly recommend this resort and would return.

What a beautiful and amazing resort. 1 night felt too short. We booked the room with outdoor jacuzzi and sea view and it was the most beautiful room with the most beautiful bathroom I ever ever stayed at. Service was flawless. Must mention, the by the sea restaurant staff and mr. Kabir from reception. They were exceptional. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. The resort had the best pool ever. Nearby village was super cute. Both the resort beach and village beach was beautiful. The food quality at by the sea restaurant can improve but the set up, live music and courteous staff made up for it. Overall, very romantic. One must stay few nights to experience fully. Its quite a large property.

Overall, Laewen was a great place to stay. The rooms were comfortable, location was good (scooter was forsure needed), and the staff were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable, and the roof top hangout area was awesome. Being able to make breakfast at the place was also a big bonus, saving us money on not eating out.
