The apartment is wonderful - clean, spacy, cosy and light, has everything you need to stay. Exactly like at the photos. Very clean and croudless swimming pool. Easy check in and check out. The host is a nice person. Thank you for our great vacation there! The location is rather good, 10 minutes to the closest beach, supermarket 5-7 minutes.

I can only write good things. everything was perfect. The workers there did everything to make our vacation nice. Everyone is very nice. The food is delicious, the rooms are nice and clean. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Hotel is very central and within walking distance to everything. The hotel's service was perfect, from the cleaning service to the reception. I honestly cannot complain about anything.

We booked hotel with low price and didn't expect too much... But from first moment we enter, we were more then happy and satisfied. Staff very polite, they gave us sea view rooms, rooms are extremly clean and smell nice, we spent a lot times in 5 stars hotels in Antalya and they were not clean as Kaila. Kaila is super clean and nice. We were impressed too much. Food was super,planty of choises and very tasty. Position of hotel is super, near sea. We have only nice words to say and will come again. We highly recommend this hotel.

i really like Ozgur bey spa hotel for the reason I came to Alanya. in this hotel you have everything you basic need and you don’t have to pay for extra. here comfy and modern rooms with comfortable bed, good quality bed linen and pillows, towels, silent small refrigerator, kettle, bathroom and wardrobe/safe. very easy to come from the bus station at bus no.1 quickly check in (they made for me early check in and treated me with coffee with fresh bakery). close to the sea side and beach (available sun beds and umbrella from the hotel). close to evening shopping road, shops, cafes and outlets. very good basic turkish breakfast, fresh and tasty. cleaning room and change towels every day. safety and calm. and yes, after check-out housekeeper fond my lost air-pods under the bad, i was lucky with it. and they remember my mum and explain her and accompanying her to my place (coz she forgets my room number). everyone were very helping to me when i needed to reboot wi-fi router and other reasons like beach towel. good place to stay!

We were very satisfied with choosing this hotel, because it is on the first row of Cleopatra beach, the views are simply amazing, the man who worked at the reception was Recep, who was especially kind and helpful, he helped us with all questions, the food was delicious, the mini bar is filled every day, the rooms and towels are changed every day , the hotel was not overcrowded, there was always a free sunbed, of course we would definitely come back again .By the way you can find few beauty cats inside who live there. So who love animals, that’s amazing 🐈‍⬛😎
