It is a lovely 5-star resort. Perfect location, extensive sandy beach, large walking areas, 24 hours room services. Minibar daily updated, rooms are cleaned daily. Restaurants, bars, coffees, especially the main restaurant and bar near the mini shop, are providing excellent food and variety of delicious cocktails and drinks. Daily entertainments are available for kids and adults. Spa services, medical massage, Bali massage all are in a reasonable prices. I am strongly recommending for couples and large families. Thanks to all management and each staff of Crystal Flora.

Great sea view room with balcony in the main building. A WhatsApp assistant at all times was a nice touch. Good choice of food at the restaurants. Friendly staff to accommodate our needs (we are vegetarian).

The water pressure was better than at my house. The staff was so lovely and solved an issue with the curtains in my room quickly. I felt so welcome. There’s a great familiar atmosphere. The food at lunch at dinner was great, there even was a grill outside every other dinner with fish, kebab and other meat. There were lots of kids there and the pool was well loved. Outside they placed bean bags on the lawn to chill and have a drink or hookah. I mean I never had a better value for the money I payed. Definitely will come back another time.

If you are looking for a comfortable and warm family trip, then Seagull is the best choice. The staff is exceptional and professional, always ensuring you enjoy your meal. Special thanks to Okan, Omer, and Ibo, Animator and Zarina who are the true gems of the hotel. The food is delicious—I especially enjoyed the chicken and meat dishes. I loved the fact that there was events/activities not only for kids but also for adults, Also when i got to take my 3 year old to the daycare for 3 hours so i could relax was super nice and relaxing. Shoutout to the reception lady Mila, super kind. Best place to take a big family too.

We were here with my friends for one week. It has been one of our best travel in our life. The hotel is next to the beach with a fantastic swimming pool and a little slide park. The rooms had beautifull sightseeing for the sea. The stuff mostly doesn't speak English but all of them are very helpful and kind. Ayse and her twin sister Miriban works everyday hard from morning till night and helped everything what we needed. Baris was very helpful all the time and smile everyday. In the bar Serhat and Firat made us amazing drinks everyday. And the entertainment stuff was amazing. Ferhat and Serkan did everything that our stay would be the best, all the time made interesting program for us, darts, volleyball, ping pong, disco with preferred music, karaoke, foam party on the beach etc. The food was amazing and the drink bar also. I cannot say anything bad about this hided treasure. Thank you guys everything and we wish you the best! 🙏🥰
