An Experience Beyond Luxury! From the moment we stepped into Casa Nonna, we knew this place was something truly special. We were warmly welcomed and given a beautiful tour of the hotel by Tatiana, who made us feel right at home from the very beginning. We’re Spanish and very familiar with what good food and great service look like, but Casa Nonna exceeded every expectation we had. It was, without a doubt, an experience unlike any other. From our stunning suite to the attention to detail in every interaction, everything was simply perfect. The breakfast was an absolute dream. Fresh, varied, and served with such care that it became one of the highlights of our days. The room service also deserves special recognition: every dish we ordered felt like it came straight from a Michelin-starred kitchen. The quality, flavors, and presentation were all simply outstanding. The restaurant Morchella deserves a special mention. The service was flawless, and the food… absolutely unforgettable. I never thought I’d say this, but I’ve had better pasta here than in Italy. Every dish was crafted with love and skill, full of flavor and creativity. I’m genuinely emotional as I write this, because I’ve never felt this way when leaving a hotel. I’ve been lucky enough to stay in many five-star properties around the world, but Casa Nonna has left a lasting impression on me. I leave with tears in my eyes, and a deep certainty that I will return. The turquoise waters, the exquisite cuisine, the peaceful elegance of the place, and above all, the heartfelt kindness of the entire team deserve far more than a simple review. So, from the bottom of my heart — thank you endlessly.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that truly surpassed all expectations. First and foremost, the Max Assistants at Maxx Royal Bodrum are genuinely dedicated to ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for every guest. Asli, Inonu, and Mehli went above and beyond to cater to my every need, offering personalized recommendations, arranging transportation, and promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns I had throughout my stay. Their exceptional attention to detail and professionalism truly made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel itself is nothing short of spectacular. The luxuriously designed rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The attention to detail in the room's amenities and the comfort of the bed ensured a restful sleep every night. The resort's extensive facilities, including multiple pools, a private beach, a spa, and various dining options, cater to both relaxation and entertainment, leaving guests spoilt for choice. Dining at Maxx Royal Bodrum is an experience in itself. The culinary offerings are diverse and of exceptional quality. The numerous restaurants provide a wide range of cuisine options, including international delights, all prepared with the finest and freshest ingredients. The breakfast is an absolute standout, offering an extensive selection of both local and international delicacies to start the day on a high note. A particular highlight of my stay was the Maxx Assistants' ability to personalize and customize experiences. They personally ensured our surprise celebration for my daughters birthday was managed exceptionally. The Maxx Assistants' commitment to going the extra mile truly sets Maxx Royal Bodrum apart from other hotels.

Amazing hotel complex located right in front of a beautiful beach. Everything was perfect—great food, great staff. The design is very well thought out, making it extremely comfortable (once you're on the beach or pool area, it's easy to get towels, food, and drinks).

The entire staff, without exception, are friendly, helpful, and provide service in the best way possible. It truly feels more like a family than employees. The rooms are well-cooled and comfortable; some may need minor repairs, but the management is constantly working on improvements. The atmosphere is calm and family-friendly, and the pool is clean and beautiful. Food and drinks are very good, and the welcome and farewell at reception were nothing short of amazing. They respond quickly to any request or complaint. I requested a room change, and it was done immediately. If I visit the city again, I will definitely stay in this hotel once more, and I highly recommend it to everyone. An excellent experience overall!

The service was excellent. Felek and Narin was so helpful and we had an extremely pleasant stay.
