Perfect hotel ! We had the most beautiful room with the most beautiful view and pool with warm water. Great service from GR via Whatsapp and the best care of our room from Tuncay. We had a large beautiful swim up room in the adult section with lovely soft pillows and an extremely comfortable bed. We enjoyed all the restaurants and tried the amazing food that hotels in Barut always amaze us with. Very satisfied with the service of the waiters at KARA fish restaurant and of course TIGER. Thanks to our waiter Hasan at Tiger and all the waiters at the fish restaurant, they love their job very much. Very happy with the sports activities and especially with Anastasia who puts her heart into every training and encourages us to do sports every day. We are impressed with the BOHO party and the DJ who played music there. Maybe it's good if they also participate in the evening program with this or another show. In conclusion I will say that we had an extremely happy holiday here and would like to return. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts! 🫶❤️

This was our second stay at Aquasis Hotel, and it was another fantastic holiday! We want to thank all the staff who made it possible. Special thanks to the Customer Relationship team for promptly addressing and following up on even the smallest issues. The hotel grounds are extensive, and despite its large capacity, we never felt crowded at the pools or the beach. However, if you have dinner around 8 PM, you might have to wait for a table due to the crowd, but it’s not a big deal. There are activities for everyone, whether you’re seeking a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled vacation. The hotel’s architecture is well-designed, so you don’t encounter issues with overcrowding or finding sunbeds. The food was excellent, and the service staff were incredibly dedicated and friendly. Special thanks to Yusuf Bey, one of the restaurant managers, who served us dinner even though we arrived late on our first day; Yunus Bey, who organized our meal; Berat Bey at Yakut restaurant, who served us with great energy throughout our stay; and Sabriye Zengin, who kept our room spotless during our stay. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return next year for a longer stay.

I highly recommend a vacation at Venosa Beach Resort & Spa. All expectations for a quiet and peaceful holiday were met, very good service, friendly staff, cleanliness. The animators offered non-stop various games and entertainment, nice music by the pool. It is very suitable for families with small children, there is also a separate children's pool. The beach is 30 m from the pool. There are also sea attractions. The food was varied and plentiful. There were dinners with different national cuisines (Mexican, Chinese, Turkish). Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the complex and is of good quality. For those traveling by car, the private parking is convenient, but according to my observation, there were also transfers to and from the airport organized by the hotel. If Venosa Beach Resort & Spa is rated 5 stars, they get another one from me. I will definitely visit again.
