We had a great vacation, a big modern room away from any noise, exactly as we requested. The food was very flavorful. All the staff were very friendly, cooperative and energetic . To mention a few, Saffet, a very humble and smiling front desk staff and the lady at the ladybird bar, her energy will make you feel so joyful. These are the people who make your vacation memorable. It's a huge privilege to be right in the heart of Bodrum but still feel isolated from the outside world once you step inside. I particularly loved the hotel's understated yet elegant decoration. Similarly, I was very pleased with the staff and the hotel's facilities. It's definitely a place I would love to stay at again.

Beach was amazing The lounge on top was incredible w spectacular views and good shisha. The rooms were bright, spacious, fully equipped, and clean. The restaurants at the beach, including the breakfast restaurant, were very nice. One was right on top of the sea. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Serhat made sure our stay was totally comfortable and our needs were fulfilled. He was always checking to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Gozde Taner Front Office Manager was also very helpful. She tried everything to give us a great deal to extend a day. She also went out of her way to give us a very late checkout at no extra charge. Important staff spoke English well.

From the warm check in received by Ozlem, to the helpfulness of Hedi at the front desk for Any requests. Casa Nonna makes you feel like family. They truly made my stay an exceptional one. From the kind and thorough housekeeping, to Ali the young gentleman who helped me with my luggage. The sea, pool, food and level of service was exceptional. Hokan, Yusuf and Sinem were there for every desire, food wise, and I have to say the hotel is very green and health conscious which was appreciated for those with a healthy lifestyle! To the professionalism of Sina and Tatiana, I truly couldn't recommend this place more, and thoroughly look forward to returning very soon for the next holiday season.
