I was so pleasantly surprised with our stay. The room was sufficient for my friend and I and the bathroom was MASSIVE. The water pressure was great and hot water was consistent. Breakfast was included in our stay and that was important so we could start off our early mornings in Cappadocia. There was a young hotel staff always running about tending to guest and offering tea, he was a great help and joy to have around. The view from the carpet terrace and basically anywhere you looked out from was simply breathtaking. The overall design of the hotel was something I'd never seen before and was pleasantly surprised by it. I really liked the vibes! They also allowed us to keep our luggages at the hotel until our flight at 11pm. The location though not right in the centre of town, was close enough to walk to (about 5-10 minutes) and we actually really enjoyed our walk to/from the town centre, especially after a meal. We met neighbours and looked at the other properties on the way there! Do note it is not a "cave hotel" if that's something you want. I didn't and it definitely met my expectations. Personally, I truly enjoyed our stay at Garden Suites Hotel. It's great for the value and left me with a warm feeling in my heart. Thank you for the great stay!

The clerk was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She arranged everything for us, from shuttles, tours and gave us great recommendations for plans and restaurants. The place is beautiful and has a great view. I totally recommend it!

During the entire 2 days stay it was very good experience, first of all location all good restaurants nearly 5 min walk 🚶‍♂️ distance, during the night enjoy having good food, In terms of staff Anjila and Ibrahim both are really cooperative person, specially Anjila she gave us best possible Hot Air Baloon prices compared to market, she arrange free shuttle to Airport, she also extend 3 hours extra because our flight was 5:30pm and she extended till 1pm, I would like to recommend everyone atleast try to stay once and experience tour of capadoccia. I suggest Anjila and Ibrahim to keep it providing best customer service. Thanks for your service
