I particularly liked staff's kindness, awareness and attention. We had very rude and loud neighbours who would show absolutely no respect. Senior management proposed us to move into a bigger room at no charge. I think the senior management put a very heavy (and welcomed) importance on their guest experience. the facility is great with great activities and a beautiful view. the staff are really friendly especially Jammal and H.can they were wonderful and helpful throughout our stay and i am glad i got to meat and speak with them.
