One of our favorite spots in the hotel was the hot chocolate station by the fireplace. Sitting by the warm fire, sipping on rich, creamy hot chocolate while watching the snowfall was an unforgettable experience that added to the charm of our stay. The hospitality, the food is good, has a ski rental shop in the hotel which makes everything so easy. Full board so you should not worry about food especailly that no restaurants are close. Serkan the manager is so kind and caring.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The view and the facilities were excellent. The staff were very professional yet friendly and accommodating, especially the Front Office team of Mr. Mehmet Kiral and Ms Serap. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet spread at its restaurant.
