Fantastic staff, beautiful rooms and excellent spa facilities. Very clean hotel with a lovely restaurant on site. Nothing is too much trouble and the hotel have some beautiful gardens for relaxing in too.

We had an amazing stay at Kayakapi Premium hotels this summer. The location, the staff, the pool, the breakfast and the restaurant in general exceeded all our expectations. Not to mention the authentic cave rooms that were very spacious and meticulously decorated. If I would go back to Kapadokya I would stay at Kayakapi again. We have already given recommendations to all our friends and family. If you decide to stay here you should not miss trying the Testi Kebab, a local Kapadokya dish, at the hotel restaurant. Just be aware you have to order it one day ahead. Also a big thank you to the kind staff Duygu who helped our dream come true in organizing the balloon ride. It was truly a spectacular experience!

He personally guided me through the hotel as if it were a museum, and in many ways, it was. Gonal went above and beyond to ensure my stay was unforgettable. He was always available to offer advice and expertly directed me to the most memorable experiences in Cappadocia. One highlight was the Turkish night he arranged for me - an immersive evening of authentic cuisine and rich cultural performances that I’ll never forget. I especially appreciated the detailed room tour. Gonal’s pride in the space and his attention to every feature elevated the experience to something truly extraordinary. This level of personalized service is rare and deeply appreciated. Saying goodbye to Gonal and Sinam was genuinely bittersweet. They made my time in Ürgüp incredibly special. I’m already looking forward to returning to this enchanting hotel and reconnecting with the wonderful people who made it feel like home.
