We stayed at the best place in Kizimkazi village! Yasmin was amazing – she took care of everything for us, from organizing tours to making sure we didn’t miss the whales. It’s definitely worth asking her about anything you need. The house is cozy and pampering. In the mornings, we ordered delicious breakfast from Yasmin’s restaurant. We felt completely safe – there’s a guard on-site 24/7. The house is surrounded by forest, and the moment you enter the path leading to it, it feels like stepping into a fairytale. No doubt we’ll be coming back at the end of our trip. Thanks to the whole team – and big thanks to Mama Yasmin!

Beautiful place, relaxed vibe, staff were super friendly. Room right on the waterfront. Loved all the various lounging spaces. Free kayaks to paddle around in. So glad I took a chance on a South coast beach rather than the more popular Northern/Eastern beaches - this place was perfect.

We enjoyed the stay, at the reception we were welcomed by a drink and then lead to the room which was very nice. The location is quiet, not for party people i would say that. Relaxing by the pool was awesome.The food was very delicious and the garden of the resort is very well taken care off. Staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming and very professional they really go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for us.

Mawingu lodge is a clean and wonderful place, surrounded trees and plants. The location is perfect, literally 1 min walk from the beach and 2 min walk from the village center. Orit and the employees are super friendly, and have great recommendations for things to do around. The room was big and designd beautifully, so i really felt like home. I would definitely come back again :)

Room was upgraded on arrival, they were also given a complementary couples neck and shoulder massage and later in the week also a complimentary snack trya at the pool. 5 Stars does not even being to rate the staff and establishment.
