When I was just booking the hotel I was nervous because the pictures on the website looked fire. I was doubtful that the room, bed, view would be all like in the photos but literally it was just that to my absolute relief. Felt pampered and boujie staying here. Just what I was going for.

Everything was great from the restaurant, bar, spa, to the quality of the rooms. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff also gave great recommendations. Marta gave me some really good restaurant and bar recommendations. Maria was also really nice and went the extra mile to help me book my bus and other travel arrangements.

Make sure you turn up the boiler for hot water before the shower. I made that mistake. Also be prepared to climb up the stairs to the 4th floor. For us that wasn’t a problem.

We liked the location in the old part of Lviv and the fact that the hotel has a shelter. A special thanks to Evelina and Andrij who both welcomed us on arrival; it was our first stay in Ukraine and will not be our last. Evelina recommended a great restaurant (Shalom) and Andrij even walked us to the Money Exchange as we only had Euro. The hotel restaurant served good food and we enjoyed Ukrainian white wine. It was a great stay!

I expected it to be a hotel, but it appears to be a private single room, designed for a couple male + female. It is not supposed to be rented by families, single people or people with kids.
