Perfect location and careful personnel — they even brought me a cake and glass of Prosecco because it was my b-day. But I didn’t tell them about the date. Also it’s a pet-friendly hotel so I stayed with my dog.

We were actually upgraded from the Londonskaya to the Bristol Hotel. We loved everything about the Bristol: beautiful interior, great staff, great food, great location!

Size of the room, quietness, design, convenience, comfort. Most of all, the bed: the mattress and pillows are very comfy, allowing for a restful sleep. Breakfast was good. They change the rag in the elevators every day, displaying the day of the week. This is so cool and creative! :-)
