Everyone was lovely, meet and greet to restaurant staff. Exceptional - clean, snazzy, great food. Relaxed feel by the pool. Great rooftop bar / views. Great location by the park and Ponce Market. Room was quiet, extremely clean and serviced twice a day. Ice delivered in the evening.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel. I had a cup of coffee in the lobby after I checked out. The room was extremely comfortable and the shower was exceptional.

Everything was exceptional. From the room (beds are very comfy and the robes are beautiful). The convenience of food and snacks and sports programs, and walking distance to state farm for our concert. Everything from convenience to costumer service was exceptional.

Staff were brilliant. The manager was particularly attentive and very accommodating- professional. I wish the reception staff has a stool to sit on for their wellbeing. I’m sure this will take nothing away from the highly professional service Nobu offers.
