I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort, and I must say that it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the staff, who were nothing short of outstanding throughout my entire stay. The facilities at Harrah's Cherokee were truly first class. The resort itself was beautifully designed and maintained, with a luxurious atmosphere that made me feel like a VIP. Nice place, confortable and clean.

Loved the hot tub, the location, the linens on the bed were exceptional, loved the interesting decor. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The back deck was wonderful also.

The hot tub was warm but the headrest was worn out and looked dirty to use. From the porch swing, there was a view of the mountains.
