It was located in the heart of Monterey with beautiful views. The staff also offered an upgrade complimentary due to us travelling for our honeymoon and the room had a wonderful balcony over looking the Monterey harbour

Great facilities e.g. pool, gym, restaurant, cafe, play area for kids. When you walk in it makes you feel you are at somewhere special. We played golf so adjacent to Del Monte course was very handy and part of the reason staying here.

A classy hotel, located in the heart of the town with excellent views. Exceptionally comfortable rooms are complimented with a superb restaurant and bar giving a beautiful view of the bay. The efficient valet parking was a bonus. The staff and service was friendly and efficient while remaining most professional.

Fantastic location adjacent to the beach, a nice stroll 1 mile) to the small centre of Carmel. The property also offers to drive you there and back if you prefer. Room was spacious and modern, the outside breakfast was delightful, staff couldn’t have been more attentive and pleasant. Great location for the 17-mile drive. A true gem on our West Coast road trip

We were overwhelmed with the staff, the quick service, the facilities, the food, and the wonderful positive vibe everywhere. It's very rare to get this quality of service, smiling faces and high standards, and it's obvious your staff is treated well, which makes all the difference! Loved the plastic slippers and bathrobe! And the hot cider...Liscia's massage was the best I've ever had!
