Location perfect, everything within walkable distance. Beds very comfortable. Staff amazing, very attentive - from the guys at the reception to the lady at breakfast, made us feel very welcomed! Would definitely recommend!

Great location within walking distance from Registan, exceptionally friendly staff, diverse selection of meals for breakfast. The room was also equipped with a kettle and a fridge. Sauna is a pleasant bonus for the colder times of the year, just please make sure to book it at the reception some time in advance.

I really had the greatest accommodation experience in the city. The hotel combines the great historical architecture with the modern facilities. As a family managed hotel, they are taking care of everything and treating customers as there brothers. They gave me a bigger room as free upgrade and helped me with everything. Finally, they offered me a free transportation to metro station after my late check out which was also free. Thank you very much and I advise everyone to stay in this beautiful hotel when coming to Samarkand.

hotel was perfectly located with walking distance to many tourist attractions. The rooms are also good with all amenities. The best part is owner and the entire staff are available round the clock to ensure that their guests are well taken care off. In my case, I lost my luggage during my journey from Bukhara to Samrkand. The owner and his staff helped us and within hours had it delivered to me. Once again I take this moment to thank the entire staff for their efforts. if ever i get an opportunity to visit Samarkand in future, this place is definitely going to be my place to stay.

    We arrived early for check in and were happily greeted. The rooms were spacious and bright. The swimming pool was good although with no shallow end it was for swimmers. The steam and sauna both worked well. The breakfast was good and the selection changed daily. The hotel provided a wonderfully decorated and tasty cake for our daughter’s birthday it lasted three days in the fridge. The staff are friendly and very helpful with a good grasp of English .There is a wonderful restaurant the Boulevard just down the road for evening meals.
