Had a nice nice stay. This hotel has courteous staff. It has a metro near by which makes the location attractive. The rooms are neat and clean with all the amenities. The staff packed breakfast for us as we had our train to catch early morning. Would recommend.

Bilal is an exceptional hotel staff! I had a dysfunctional TV and he came and replaced it with a new TV. On top of that, my flight departure to Doha was at 0320am, I have earlier asked to book a hotel taxi because I ran out of SUMS (and could only pay with USD), Bilal took to liberty to pay for my Yandex as it was far more cheaper than hotel taxi, and that is not all, he packed for me breakfast consisting of a sandwich, yogurt and water. On top of that he sent me a message if I have reached the airport safely. Such a lovely and hospitable hotel staff that went over and beyond such great hospitality. He deserves a raise!!! Thank you.

Lovely position out of the city hustle yet only a short walk to lovely restaurants. Not far from the airport. Taxi cheap with yandex. Beautifully clean and an excellent breakfast. The pool is great to escape the heat and then laze on the tapchan with tea. Super friendly helpful staff. We changed our reservation to visit again on our return to Tashkent as it was so good.
