Bilal is an exceptional hotel staff! I had a dysfunctional TV and he came and replaced it with a new TV. On top of that, my flight departure to Doha was at 0320am, I have earlier asked to book a hotel taxi because I ran out of SUMS (and could only pay with USD), Bilal took to liberty to pay for my Yandex as it was far more cheaper than hotel taxi, and that is not all, he packed for me breakfast consisting of a sandwich, yogurt and water. On top of that he sent me a message if I have reached the airport safely. Such a lovely and hospitable hotel staff that went over and beyond such great hospitality. He deserves a raise!!! Thank you.

The price was very much value for Money and it was good location for one night as I had a flight the following day - Very Good bed items: a firm matrass and clean and hygienic bed items. Near the Hotel there are a great national food place JizBiz.

We have enjoyed the hotel facilities in full. The rooms were very large and spacious. In the morning we went to the SPA center and it was amazing and much much better comparing to some other places we visited before in the city. Highly recommend this property to any one for business and leisure.

Its an excellent hotel, v well located, v v clean with v updated and modern rooms, the staff are English speaking and very helpfull. It is v well located, walking distance from many tourist sites. The breakfast spread is very good and suited for all. They have a great spa to unwind, and fantastic bar with very good prices. I would easily recommend this hotel.
