The staff!! The catering manager, Dean? I think, and all of the staff were so attentive. The hotel is only a few months old and exudes elegance. The interior design was stunning . The bedroom was so relaxing and having just spent 5 weeks in Vietnam from Hanoi to Can Tho , Charmant suites had the fluffiest towels and cosiest fluffy bathrobes of any similar hotel we stayed in! It was within a few minutes walk of the boats that tour the Mekong. The breakfast never failed to deliver no matter what your food preference was. Excellent.. If you stay, please use the stunning infinity pool.. so relaxing!

Great location, good views from the room, spacious and spotless room. All the staffs are so helpful and friendly that made us feel super welcomed and comfortable. The pool has a lovely view and spacious. It’s busier on weekend for outsiders but it doesn’t affect us so much.

The place is amazing, just located in front of the Mekong river with an amazing terrace where you can have a drink, lunch or just enjoy the amazing views of the river. The rooms are very nice and clean, with all kind of equipment. The personal is really nice and welcoming, they make you feel like home. I highly recommend to do a rice wine tasting with the owner. They offer all kind of services like motorbike rental or tours to the local floating markets which we highly recommend, one of the best experiences of our Vietnam trip.

Amazing place in the middle of the nature. We did two trips, once was the biking tour and the other one the delta of Mekong boating. Those tours we did them with Vincent, apart of being an amazing tour guide, he explain us about everything and he is so passionate doing it, he also is an amazing person, we share lots of things with him and we learnt a lot from vietnam life. We really hope to see him again.
