Mr. Cane was incredibly nice and is very welcoming. The place is outside of the city center, which allows you to take in real fresh air. The place is clean and has been freshly painted. At night, as the beach is too far, it is possible to go for a swim in the relaxing swimming pool. The balcony is very large and protectd from the heat of the sun and allows one to work on the computer, if need be. Mr. Cane is an excellent billard player, think twice before asking him to play.

Our stay here was nothing short of incredible. Upon arriving in Cat Ba, myself and my partner experienced severe food poisoning (picked up in Sa Pa). Linda and the staff were so helpful, brought us bland food, organized a Doctor, and went over and above to make sure we could recover and enjoy our stay. Everyone in the hotel was very lovely and polite, the rooms were nice and well laid out with a freshen up daily. When we were better Linda organized a cruise booking for us as well as a scooter to get out and enjoy the town for an evening before our departure. 10/10, best accommodation of our trip.❤️

This has become our regular hotel for visits to Cat Ba. From the friendly staff to the fabulous facilities, it scores a 10 every visit. The pools, onsen, and gym are great additions. The breakfasts are varied and always tasty. The restaurant has a mix of Asian and Western food.

The breathtaking sea view was absolutely stunning, and the upgrade provided by the hotel management exceeded all expectations. The hospitality of the staff, particularly Mrs. Uyen, deserves the highest praise. Her attentiveness and dedication were remarkable, making our experience truly unforgettable. Such outstanding service undoubtedly reflects the professional leadership of the General Manager, whose efforts to maintain excellence throughout the resort are evident. The resort itself is magnificent, offering a perfect balance of natural beauty and comfort. The food was delicious, with reasonable prices, adding to the overall delightful experience.The photos of the room don't fully capture the breathtaking beauty of the sea view. A shower with such a stunning sea view is almost impossible to find elsewhere, but at Flamingo, it's simply incredible! Plus, the view of the lagoon from the 17th-floor skybar is absolutely mesmerizing. However, the highlight remains the million-dollar view – a stunning panorama of the bay and its inviting waters. Flamingo Resort Cat Ba has left a lasting impression on us, and we are deeply grateful for the exceptional care and attention we received. Trendy design hotel with spacious rooms and a great location. A few minutes walk to the beaches, gives a high level of convenience without busy traffic and tourists. Good options for breakfast and the staff there was very friendly and helpful, gave us some excellent tours of Cat Ba Island, a special one being Night Kayaking With Glowing Plankton, which should be a try!

Everything! The staff were lovely, the room big and airy and light, and the bathroom a good size. The location is perfect just off one of the main streets, but is quiet! We booked 2 tours through the hotel at the best price in the area, we booked our bus to Tam Coc too, used their motorbike rental and laundry service. We stayed here for 5 nights. Thank you!
