The hotel is just close to DaLat Cathedral with very good location. All the staffs in the hotel are very friendly and speaks good English. Once we arrived late in the hotel, the staff helped us with our luggages immediately at the hotel door. And the girl in reception during our stay here is very warm and makes us feel at home :)

Things we loved: 🥰 .Super warm and welcoming employees! .Great rooms ! Very clean and the staff was amazing! Helpful and friendly, they booked a ticket for us and provided us some medicine while we were sick. Thank you so much! The location is very nice and quit, a bit out of city center but totally fine when you have a scooter.

Quiet handsome hotel close to Xuan Hong Lake (so easy to find & hard to get lost on foot), a short walk from Dalat's buzzy Night Market and bars/ restaurants. Comfy bed, modern bathroom. Fan in room rather than air con - but perfectly cool - and anyway Da Lat is nothing like as humid/ hot as Ha Noi, Hoi An or Da Nang. Friendly helpful staff sorted out day trip and laundry with no fuss. Lovely breakfasts with great views across Da Lat which is a beautiful city with its French influenced architecture, and striking waterfalls in surrounding countryside. Would definitely stay there again - 100% recommend. Worth tracking down the cool & stylish Fox's Den cocktail bar a 10 minute walk away too.

Fantastic heated pool and also kids ball pit area with great (long!) opening hours. A fantastic choice for a family. Only a short walk up the hill from the lake area. Lots of nice coffee spots and an atm near by. Fab views from the room.
