WIFI was good at all times. Hotel stored our bags after check-out, at no extra cost. Very helpful with activity and restaurant suggestions. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. They were attentive, friendly and always ready to assist with any requests.
Comfortable and Clean Accommodations
The room I stayed in was both spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
Delicious Breakfast Buffet
Each morning, I enjoyed a diverse and delicious breakfast buffet. The variety of options catered to different tastes, and the quality of the food was excellent.
Prime Location
Situated in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city's rich culture and history. Its central position allowed easy access to various attractions, restaurants and shops.
Overall Experience
