My room and the facilities were very nice, the hotel is beautiful. I was given my preferred room with the lake view. No noise disturbance from my room. The staff is so attentive and very willing to help every time. Big thumbs up to Mrs Lily, she was in constant communication with me even before I arrived Vietnam, she also helped recommend tours to ensure I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was very delicious with great variety. Infact, every staff I encountered was very courteous and willing to help in anyway to make my stay stress free and enjoyable. I would totally come back here on my next visit to Hanoi and recommend for others to stay.

I book by looking at google and booking.com reviews. Also I took airport pick up service from them It took about 2 hours to complete the long immigration and the driver waited without any disturbance. When I checked in there was someone at the reception, named Nguyen Phuong Thao. I have traveled to about 8 countries, but I have never met anyone as polite, friendly and helpful as her. She briefed me on each topic for about 10 minutes. My check out was at 6 am. She also packed breakfast for me. I will never forget the wonderful hospitality. I am impressed with the love, behavior of Vietnamese people, I will come again. ❤️

The hotel staff (managers to receptionists to concierge) ensured that our comfort was top priority - we were a family of 5 with three teenagers. They were kind enough to allow us early check in 3 hours before (they didn't have to; thank you once again). At each interaction with the staff they went above and beyond to ensure guests comfort. The location of hotel is great (if you like to explore the old city on foot, look no further). The hotel staff is kind enough to arrange and recommend top tour operators.
