I had the Corner Suite Room on the 9th floor for 4 days, it was lovely. I’m glad I chose this hotel over the others located in District 1. I was able to work during evening hours as it was quiet. My room was clean and prepped daily with water bottles restocked. The staff always asked me if I needed anything, new towels or room service. They called me to remind about my free spa service. The conditioning of the room was very good. Hot water was working in the bath. The tub was spectacular, worked well and wasn’t leaking. I loved my stay and would definitely go back!!! The breakfast was a variety from Vietnamese to Continental dishes but I was always on the go so I’ve only eaten on the last morning of my stay. They have cassava cake and banana muffins which was a win for me! The hotel also allowed me to do an early check in as the room was ready so I was able to rest at 11am. They also held my luggage when I checked out, my flight was evening time, they allowed me to roam the city and keep my luggage in their safety, and coming back, they allowed to use the shower area for free if I wanted to freshen up. Excellent service and everyone spoke and understood English very well!! They also have 24hrs room service, I ordered a meal at 12 midnight because I was hungry.

The position close to the main attractions was very convenient. From the check-in with a nice welcome drink and some dried fruits, to the afternoon tea and breakfast, all was perfect. We were upgraded to the double suite, which was do much appreciated. The bathtub in the outside terrace aerea was amazing. The staff does everything to make your stay perfect.

We started our journey in this beautiful hotel,stayed here for 3 nights. The view is amazing from the window. Rooms are clean and great size of swimming pool on 5th floor. All staff are extremely helpful,professional,polite and always smiling no matter what time a day it is.

I was a bit surprised that the air conditioning took a few minutes to cool the room, but once it did, the comfort level was outstanding. I really like that they help to catch the taxi when leaving hotel. Helps massively with big bags. You can just sit in lobby in the mean time. Very convenient.
