The place was so helpful, and accepted my dog which was a great plus. It is a ten minute drive from the airport, so if you have a short layover in Hanoi for the price I think this place is perfect. I needed a few things and they went out of their way to help me, gave me a huge role of tape. The area is very local and cute. The WIFI was strong. AC worked great and the shower even had a bath and very nice hot water. Overall, I think the best part about this place was how close it was to the airport and how great the customer service was. I forgot my necklace, and they ran it to me in the taxi on my motorbike. These are the kind of things I am really going to miss about Vietnam. Fantastic value for money! Thanks for allowing my pup!

Great stop over a a couple of nights. Mr Tobi who runs/owns the hotel was so helpful and got me out of a muddle getting a taxi from airport.Helped me looking into my visa for India which fell through.Took me to ATM on his bike. It’s on a road with most things needed to a short stay.Mini mart/dinner/sim shop/ & more. Breakfast brought to room was eggs toast and fruit.(very nice).Elevator and very friendly staff. There is cheaper but you really do get what you pay for and more at this hotel. Thanks Tobi.👍Your amazing English was another god sent. Plenty of temples to visit near !

Booked for a few hours to freshen up after my long flight. The room and shower were great and the owner was so kind helping to arrange pickup for my friend from the airport and taking us into central Hanoi.
