The owners were very friendly, helping us with everything they could. They picked us up and dropped us to the bus station, which was extremely helpful, as we had a lot of luggage. They also helped us book a tour that we really enjoyed. The herbal sauna was amazing.

The home stay owners went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! We arrived at 4am on a bus from Ninh Binh and they came to get us to take us to the home stay so we didn’t have to walk! Breakfast was great and they gave us free bikes to use throughout our stay.

Amazing property with great facilities such as a pool, sauna and pool table. Really well thought out, offering lots of extra services, like the daily village walk and sunset safari, to introduce you to the local and ensure an authentic experience. Ben and Bich have put a lot of energy into developing the tourism scene in Phong Nha, they are a wealth of local knowledge and excellent hosts. Our family loved our time here.

Overall the stay was really good in this hotel. Breakfast was OK, average quality and quantity. The room was really spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy. We rented a motorbike with them and it was very good mean of transport to visit the national park and caves. Their view from the rooftop was amazing.

The location is very beautiful on the shore of the lake. The hotel itself in a large area and various buildings. The staff is very nice and helpful. The meals and cocktails in the restaurant are very good.

Absolutely amazing place. The ‘hut’ rooms are clean comfy with good shower etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice area to ride bicycles around and kayak on the river. In a slightly more remote part of Phong Nha but on site restaurant has plenty of delicious food (& good breakfast), great to stay and relax. We also did the Hang En Cave trek from here which highly recommend.

Phong Nha Green Homestay is situated in Phong Nha and has a rooftop pool and lake views.

The owner, Dat, is the sweetest and most helpful person, his family or the other staff there are also very friendly and nice. It was super convenient to walk around town and he helped us arrange a motorbike, laundry and bus to our next destination. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place!
