We had a wonderful stay at Palm Bay resort. The resort itself is very beautiful, the pool area is really nice and clean. They have and incredible staff which will make everything happen for you to have an unforgettable stay. Many thanks from the 3 German girls! We loved the time there and would definitely recommend to stay here.

The service was so friendly the whole time. The pool was beautiful and the breakfast was very well done. The bartenders were great and it was so convenient to bill the drinks to the room. Internet was also good. The grounds are landscaped and manicured to recreate the natural beauty of the island.

I was truly impressed by my stay! The service was outstanding – staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond and promptly addressing any requests. Our room revealed a direct, stunning view of the fireworks. The complimentary cable car tickets were a wonderful and appreciated perk. Breakfast was another highlight; everything was delicious and freshly made. Highly recommend!

This place exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The Luna team stood out with their excellent service and attention to detail. It's a very beautiful boutique hotel. I enjoyed tge design so much. It was wonderful staying in that environment. Everything is very new and clean and very modern.The location is perfect 2 min to the beach and less than 5 to all the shows. Also free tickets to the cable car and water park. And free airport transfer!

We had a wonderful stay at Green Inn. The staff was very kind and helpful. We had a family room which was very spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good and super fast. Our stay included breakfast, bikes to ride and laundry service which was great. The hotel is in a very quiet area. We had free access to the outdoor pools, which were beautiful. Beach is 5 minutes walk and there is a great beach club right on the beach for meals, drinks, fire shows and pool. Many small restaurants in the area, a night market with many food stands. You also get a free buggy ride to the supermarket and back. Center of Phu Quoc is just a 20 min ride and there is the Sonasea night market 5 min in Grab. We had a lovely and relaxing stay! Definitely recommend it!

    Rooms were great.Big comfy and very clean.Fantastic! The pool was great and had the feel of a top class resort. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The spa area upstairs was expensive but worth every dong.Great massage in excellent surroundings. The beach nearby is lovely (not private)and can be accessed through the Ocean Bay hotel. Great value relaxing break.Would return.

    Very polite staff, real nice place for retreat / relax. Breakfast reach, wide choise of fruits, juices, other. Beds and extra bed comfortable, pillows very good. Hotel territory green with many plants, flouers. Pool - large good, there is possible arrange SPA massages, which is little bit more expensive then outside, but much better. Outside hotel You can get nonproffesional massages in 50 %. Used GYM, small but well equiped. Hotel restaurant serve delishes food, recommend. There is car to bring you free of charge to nearest beach.

Best fries at Ocean Bar. Massages were great. We came here during Christmas. The hotel hosted nice festive events and even distributed cute Christmas cookies at each door.

    The breakfast at the tree house was fantastic. The pool, the beach and the spa were brilliant. All the staff were really helpful. The rooms were lovely with the sound of the ocean and a beautiful bathroom. You can leave your door and just relax and watch the view. It felt private and comfortable. The massages were fantastic and it was very professional.

    Everything was beautiful, clean, and the staff was super king and helpfull! The hotel is completely amazing! I had a spa massage and was great! The pool and the beach are amazing. Breakfast is super nice and there is a lot of food. The restaurants are also so nice. Seafood is delicious. Great time to relax and disconnect.

    The room was comfortable, clean and had good facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and the beach were excellent and the grounds were extremely beautiful and relaxing! Also the breakfast and the food served at the restaurant were delicious. We used the day spa facilities and the massages and facials were wonderful and very relaxing. It is located in an excellent location outside of the main town where you can relax but still rent motorbikes and travel around the island to the town and other beaches.
