The highlight of our stay in Vietnam so far. An absolutely stunning location, comfortable,well equipped rooms and exceptional service with smiles all round.

Nice place, very cosy. Friendly and helpfull staff. Unfortunatelly there was cold and foggy weather all our stay so we were very happy to use pool which is inside.

Nice hotel in the heart of the town very nice welcome . during the check in they offer tea, coffee and fresh fruits excellent breakfast western style the staff is professional and very helpful. Mrs Sue arrange everything for us, transfers, tours, thank you for our excellent stay

The view from the roof bar, the quality of the service from the staff. In particular the duty manager Ok Nguyen and Tuoi were exceptionally helpful. The room was very modern and had a huge bathtub. I also appreciated the location, which was very central and only a few minutes walk to the train station. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Considering the exceptional quality of services and amenities provided, the cost of our stay was more than justified. Every penny spent contributed to an unforgettable vacation, making us feel pampered and cherished throughout our visit. The location with the view is amazing. The staff is super helpful. The hotel is really quiet and relaxing all together. The breakfast was amazing, so many options. The room and the facilities were extremely clean. Would 100% recommend.

Julie was very helpful with everything. Breakfast is good. Pool is nice. Room was big with good heating. Bed and pillow was the best i had in Vietnam. Very service oriented staff!
