The property was exceptional so clean and it felt like a true home from home. The staff could not do enough for us and were so welcoming and attentive. The room we stayed in was like it’s on sanctuary plus the food and the drinks were 10/10. Don’t think about it just book it. Best experience we have ever had.

Reception When we arrived at the lodge, we found the receptionist waiting for us, and she gave us a warm hand towel to wipe our hands and showed 6 the place before we could even check in. Dining and kitchen service Patrick was our host. He was very friendly, available, and helpful to attend to our needs throughout our stay at the facility. I love how they prepared and arranged the room for my daughter's birthday. Solly was very kind to accommodate us and even baked a cake at short notice for my daughter birthday. Accommodate us for breakfast very early in the morning outside the usual service time. Quake bike guy didn't get his name, he was fantastic and Moses knowledge of the wild animals made the game drive very fascinating and I will do that again with him. The overall impression exceeded my expectations except
