GermanyMy stay at Palm House Boutique Hotel and Spa in Cape Town was truly fantastic! The hotel is in an excellent location, and the atmosphere is both relaxed and welcoming. The property itself is a stunning villa, thoughtfully designed with a blend of classic charm and modern comfort. I stayed in a beautiful garden suite overlooking the lush garden and the main house, which provided the perfect balance of tranquility and elegance.
The staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The reception team stood out in particular—they gave me excellent tips for exploring the area and even arranged a shuttle for me when I needed it. Their professionalism and warmth really made a difference during my stay.
The restaurant was another highlight. The menu is compact but offers dishes of exceptional quality. I especially enjoyed "Steak Friday," which had a great atmosphere and fantastic food. The bartenders were also very friendly and added to the enjoyable dining experience.
Overall, Palm House Boutique Hotel and Spa exceeded my expectations. It’s a place I can wholeheartedly recommend, and I’m already looking forward to coming back in the future!
