    Everything about this place is amazing, the location is close to town if you need to go but honestly you never have to leave the house if you’re after a relaxing break. The rooms are spacious and the living areas are well designed, firewood and ice are provided for the weekend. Housekeeping comes in, in the morning and the pool is heated. The spa is so close you can roll out of bed to get there.

    The hotel is really exceptional. Cosy and warm. Fireplaces everywhere. Rooms, sitting areas and even the spa. The staff was so accomodating - they went out of their way for us. Dinner and breakfast was something else - really delicious.

    Upon arrival we were welcomed and speedily assisted, we also went for a treatment at the spa and it was one of the best massages I have ever received. The food was wonderful, and the portions were much bigger than we expected. We also had breakfast the next morning and the variety offered was wonderful. the staff were friendly, and we felt well looked after. I would highly recommend staying at Dunkeld or even just a day visit.

    Clean, tidy and well located to visit the town. Massage spa treatment amazing, professional and relaxing. Congenial service and attentive staff. Oysters and mcc were a real treat!

    Many highlights to our stay. The Spa experience was amazing, we felt well looked after and relieved after the massages. The fish and ducks in the pond provided for a very relaxing experience. The fireplace in the room was the cherry on top. Overall outstanding.
