I have been fortunate enough to stay at some of the best 5-star resorts in the world but the service and customer experience at the oyster box is simply unmatched. every single employee goes above and beyond for every guest. it is absolutely amazing. we celebrated my mum’s 60th birthday at the hotel, spent 3 nights there and had a private party as well. everything was flawless.

The apartment is very modern, clean and the lady who comes in to service the apartment, beautiful smile and friendly, very helpful with stuff we didn't know💯 Highly recommend this beautiful apartment. The room and the view was amazing, the location was also perfect, in front was all the nightlife, and behind was the beach. The little notes/jokes on the toiletries were so funny, kudos to the creatives.

It was a birthday gift to a family member and I mentioned the special occasion in my booking. My family were excited to receive a welcome basket of goodies for their birthday and a room that was sea facing. The Manager called them personally to invite them to a complimentary dinner but they were full from the delicious goody basket. They were then offered a complimentary breakfast and were very happy with the range of vegetarian foods that was provided to cater for them. The hotel more than exceeded our expectation in terms of making it special for the family member. Will definitely stay at Coastlands when we visit South Africa again.
