This was our first time doing a safari and it would take a lot to top it! Jordan and Bernard were our safari guides/trackers, they found the big 5 within our first 2 days. They both had great stories to tell and we had a good laugh together! Beyond the drives, the food and the pools at the resort were amazing. We watching a group of 6+ elephants playing in the water whilst we watched from the pool! The lodge was so easy to reach from the airport in Hoedspruite we were picked up from right outside and it only took around 25 minutes to get to the lodge. Overall amazing experience!

Pretty much everything, the tent is so spacious and comfortable and truly makes you feel you’re out there in the wild, all the staff was so friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and the tour definitely the best part of it all, thanks to Thabo and Daniel for making our experience absolutely amazing, we won’t forget this easily.

Exceptional service in an exceptional location. once you’ve done a safari in a private reserve you will never look back, and this is the best lodge in the best reserve. Made to feel very special, all the staff knew our names from the moment we arrived. Game drives all stunning, good fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. already plotting our return, and this time we will bring friends and family to share it with. Justice and Elvis were the best of hosts on the game drives.

Beautiful property which had everything you need and more. Animals were seen very close to our property. The staff was extremely helpful. Linè went out of the way to make us feel comfortable and she arranged for a photographer for our kids bday celebration eventhough I requested for it just a couple of days before! Food was great too. Will definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Kruger

Rhino’s Rest really lives up to its name. I had a restful time with my family as we wrapped up a busy and blessed 2024. From the initial conversation, up until our checkout, Adél was so understanding, considerate and exemplified what it means to be a host par excellence. The lodge is just amazing! The room is very comfortable and well decorated with attention at any detail. The staff is memorable, they prepared a dinner for the day we arrived served in the room, even though it was very late. I had a very special birthday, with a table setting with balloons and a kind card in addition to a cake served after the dinner. The food is outstanding, the chef deserves a 3 stars Michelin! The staff arranged all the Game Drivers, Kruger Day and Nature Drive (with a bottle of sparkling wine :) ) to us when we could learn a lot about wildlife. Having many animals in our backyards were speechless. To wait for our flight, they prepared a package with some snacks and water for us, so kind... I would like to thank so much for all the staff, specially Crystal, Melinda, Luis (the Chef), Rowen, John (who is not John :D), Jackie and Saskia. Team, YOU ROCK! I will certainly be back!
