Super friendly staff, comfortable apartment, nice views on the mountains, great facilites, convenient location. We’ve stayed there for a week and will definitely stay again. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The apartment features an indoor pool, hammam and a lift. Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Well sized and stocked, new apartment 10 min walk from gondola and T1 lift. Low-key manager, was there when needed and nice overall. Comfortable beds for 4 adults(1 king + 2 twins) with 2 additional bunk beds, ideal for large family but would not recommend 4person family plus 2 adult friends, there isn't enough privacy for that. The views are great as well.

Beautiful in 2023 newly refurbished hotel right at the foot of the beginners ski slopes. The staff and service were EXCEPTIONAL. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Nothing was too much. They even went to the pharmacy downtown to buy us blister plasters:) We spent Christmas at Serras Andorra and the food was absolutely amazing. Both the vegetarian and regular menu. Really beautiful!

Guests have free access to the gym, to the kids' club, and to a storage room for bicycles with tools and cleaning area. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. We saw a lot of families with small children. And all the staff were very kind to the children, so our family also was able to relax perfectly. In addition, the rooms were clean and the amenities were great. The location was a little far from the city center (20min by car), but that was not a problem. Instead, we had a great view of the surrounding mountains. I trust that my choice was the best. I wish we will be back!!!

The spa and wellness centre includes a sauna, hammam, fitness room and steam room. The host Alex, was fantastic. He took care of us even before we got to the property. He was also very responsive throughout our stay. We look forward to returning in big part because of him.

Pleta del Tarter 31A Lodge & SPA HUT 8254 is a recently renovated apartment in Canillo, where guests can make the most of its spa and wellness centre and garden. Built in 1993, the property includes sauna and hot tub. There is a children's playground and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. It is an amazing place, located in an amazing area. It is really a luxury apartment, with top electronics, furniture and other accessories. I will return for sure when I am back in Andorra.
