Immediately upon arrival, our stay was made more pleasant by the lady at the reception, who was very nice, helpful and full of energy. For the price I paid, it was unbelievable what I could use in the hotel, a wonderful wellness area outside and inside, and fitness center and also a garage. the suite was very huge and had a very beautiful view on the mountains. we will definitely come back again soon. thank you

Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The apartment features an indoor pool, hammam and a lift. Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Well sized and stocked, new apartment 10 min walk from gondola and T1 lift. Low-key manager, was there when needed and nice overall. Comfortable beds for 4 adults(1 king + 2 twins) with 2 additional bunk beds, ideal for large family but would not recommend 4person family plus 2 adult friends, there isn't enough privacy for that. The views are great as well.

The hotel is new, Stylish, clean, well equipped. We’ve got upgraded and with an additional bed without any charge. All the staff are nice and helpful. When we arrived, Sofia showed us around and introduced all facilities to us. Nicholas also helped book the entry passes of mont magic for our family. Rodrigo suggested a few nice cities to us when he knew we were about to visit France after our trip to Andorra. The lady who worked in the restaurant (sorry that I forgot to ask her name) and served breakfast was super attentive and friendly. Our overall experience in this hotel was exceptional. I would certainly recommend it to anyone without reservation.

Adult guests at the Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa have daily access to the impressive Sport Wellness Mountain Spa for free for 2 consecutive hours per day. It includes pools of varying temperatures, a large pool with jets and 2 outdoor hydrotherapy baths with views of the slopes. Please take note that , these pools are not for swim. No pools for swim are available in Winter season.We have a very nice outdoor pool for that but only open in summer and can be closed as per the weather conditions. Also, it is very important you consider before reserving a room that Children less than 13th years old are not allowed to access to Sport Wellness Mountain Spa. Children from 13th to 18th years old must be always accompanied by an adult. Both the food, all the team and hotel were exceptional. We will be returning in a few weeks time. We travel a lot and see this as a very rare find. Boasting accommodation with a terrace, Isard Penthouse & Spa is situated in El Tarter. This apartment also has a private pool. The spa and wellness centre includes a sauna, hammam, fitness room and steam room. We stayed for 6 nights, and could not have had a better trip. By far the best stay I’ve had in Andorra. The apartment was incredible, the chair lift is no more than 1 minutes walk from the building but above all, dealing with Aleix was an absolute pleasure. He accommodated me after initial dates had to be changed due to lack of snow at the very start of the season and made the entire stay easy and truly unforgettable, we will definitely be staying here again. Aleix is without a doubt the kindest and most genuine type of gentleman one could encounter, the property is 10/10 and Aleix’s care to detail is 12/10 🤟🏼
