Bed linen and towels are provided. One of the most beautiful are we have ever seen. Exceptionally helpful staff. After checking in, we realized that the tv remote was broken. They tried to replace it, but it didn't work either. Within two hours, they gave us a new tv.

Els Llacs has a well-equipped fitness centre, and a spa with hot tub and saunas. The apartment is decorated very nicely, the beds were comfortable, and it's very cosy. The sauna and jacuzzi downstairs was very good, gym was appreciated. Check-in and parking was very easy. Staff were very friendly.

There is a lounge with a fireplace, and wellness centre with a steam bath and jacuzzi. Free Wi-Fi can be found in reception.

The Xalet’s restaurant offers cooked breakfast and a range of typical mountain dishes for lunch and dinner. There is also a café. I really loved the dinner, is probably the best dinner we ever had in a hotel in Andorra (And we´ve been in plenty). Breakfast very good too. Staff super friendly in reception and restaurant.

Breakfast is served here. Good location, nice views of the creek and mountains from the window. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. Nice sized room. Restaurants and Carrefour City next door. Quiet even with an amusement park set up across the creek.

The entire staff went out of the way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We’ve lived in Europe for two years and this was arguably the best hotel we’ve visited. Strongly recommend.

It was a beautiful hotel in a great location with a lovely balcony overlooking the golf course
