Rooms at the Villa de Alquézar are spacious and all have satellite TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom. The location is extremely beautiful. Amazing place. Wonderful views and a wonderful walk through the gorge. Hotel was very homely, well situated, and great continental breakfast. Very handy the hotel has its own parking.

Just 2 km from the slopes of Soldeu and Grau Roig, Apartaments Els Llacs offer free spa access and wonderful mountain views. A private parking is available on request.

The Xalet’s restaurant offers cooked breakfast and a range of typical mountain dishes for lunch and dinner. There is also a café. Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

The Plató restaurant is on the ground floor and has views of the river. It offers gourmet cuisine and has art exhibitions. The Gallery Restaurant is on the 5th floor and has panoramic mountain views. Breakfast is served here. Great location to explore the town on foot. Rooms are spacious and beds comfy. Rooms very clean. The onsite bar is great to relax and the drinks are well priced. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Most of them have a private balcony. I love everything about the hotel! The friendly staff, the gym, the spa, the rooms, the location, the value and the pool!

The elegant Grand Plaza Hotel & Wellness has an ideal setting, near the commercial centre of Andorra La Vella. Its luxury accommodation is popular among famous actors, artists and politicians. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. This is one of the best experiences I've had staying in a hotel. The infraestructure is optimal, with everything you need. But what stand the most is the personal and their service. Very kind people and professional, all of them. My congratulations to the managment, you can tell they focuse a lot in that. They put fruits in the room and later in the night send us champagne. The breakfast was delicious. We had so amazing time they make us want to come back to Andorra just to stay in the hotel again.

Spa hours are Tuesday to Thursday from 16:00 to 21:00, Friday from 12:00 to 21:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 21:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00. Children under 16 years of age, pregnant women and persons with contraindicated diseases are not allowed. Very nice place and kind receptionist! Room was clean and very comfortable.

Wonderful installations, with all sorts of pools - indoor, outdoor, jacuzzi - and spa facilities. Room with balcony makes for having beautiful views of sunrise if you wake up early enough, and get some freshness. Room is very well decorated in classic fashion. Staff was very friendly, and always supportive. Dinner and breakfast either inside or on the terrace, offering views over Seu d’Urgell, was great. Breakfast buffet is diverse (some hot dishes, and plenty of other offers). There’s also a nice path through the woods that takes you down and into town. Definitely staying on our repeat list.

This is an excellent small hotel where the staff go out of their way to help, everything feels new and modern, breakfast is very nice and the location very convenient. We were upgraded to a suite which was large and very comfortable. A beautiful room all around.
