Bed linen and towels are provided. Amazing location close to Arinsal ski resort. Nice views and super nice apartment. spa is really cute and the check in and check out are so easy. The people are really nice too, super super responsive for everything.

The Xalet’s restaurant offers cooked breakfast and a range of typical mountain dishes for lunch and dinner. There is also a café. Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

The Mountain & Wellness Resort has an exclusive sports club with an indoor pool, and there are tennis, squash and padel courts. The spa offers a range of beauty and health treatments, and you can enjoy classes at the gym such as zumba and spinning for free. Guests at Hotel Princesa Parc can enjoy a buffet breakfast. At the hotel you will find a restaurant serving international and Grill BBQ cuisine. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options can also be requested. You will never be bored in this hotel, wonderful spa centre , bowling, pool, good restaurant, very close to lift and bars. Rooms are clean, food is good and people are very welcome.

The hotel's spa has a sauna, hot tub and gym, and offers wonderful views of the Anyós Valley. In the garden there is a swimming pool that is open in the summer months. The hotel offers free ski storage in winter. beautifully decorated hotel and very clean. A great decorated big room with a beautiful view to the mountains. Nice breakfast. The staff were very nice and helped us with all we needed encluding guiding and recomended places to visit. We've stayed there 2 nights and it was really hard to leave. I hope I will be able to come back and enjoy and experience it again. Everything was just exelent.

We added one more unplanned night to our stay!

You can also book a session in the sauna, hot tub or Turkish bath, open from 17:00 until 20:00. The stuff was very friendly, location very beautiful and convinient, bungalows comfortable and clean.
