Blinds in the room were dark enough to sleep well. Great view over the creek.

Everything was exceptional - especially the people who work there. The hotel is beautiful and immaculate. The staff extremely helpful, kind and interested in ensuring the stay was enjoyable. I wish I remembered / knew everyone's names but Charles - pool security, William - in the lobby/reception and Swarna concierge really helped make our trip memorable and comfortable! The pools are great, food good, Paradiso fun, beds very comfortable, the rooms immaculate, the entertainment great. I am not someone who likes to repeat visiting a place but we are already talking about coming back next year.

Although I met only one member of the management team, it's clear that the entire leadership works hard behind the scenes to deliver exceptional results. I recommend this hotel to everyone! The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. There is a rooftop pool with a view and a bar, which felt luxurious. The gym was also well equipped and open 24/7. Moreover, the staff were nice and polite, they even let us check out a bit later. Special thanks to Kamal and Putri!
