I was pleasantly surprised by Kay Homes, this hotel absolutely exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A very special mention goes to Mr. Faisal at the front desk, who welcomed us with such warmth and professionalism. What a wonderful person he is. I had simply asked for a small birthday cake for my husband, and to my astonishment, he returned offering us a full complimentary birthday dinner, along with the cake. This generous gesture was kindly approved by Ms. Chen (the owner), who even came out personally to farewell us upon departure, showing genuine kindness and gratitude. As a thoughtful surprise, we were also given a farewell gift containing chocolates, tissues, and a beautiful glass filled with stones, a lovely detail that made us feel truly appreciated. The room we stayed in was spacious, cosy, bright, and had direct access to the pool. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with everything we needed: clean towels, dental kits, shampoo, conditioner, and other essentials. The pool is big and spacious, and some other rooms have access to I too. It has an area with water blades/waterfalls and also a drinks bar. My little toddler loved it. The car can be parked right outside the room. Breakfast was delicious, featuring lovely traditional Arabic dishes and tea. But the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the birthday dinner prepared for my husband. It was honestly some of the best Arabic food I have ever tasted. The setup was incredibly thoughtful, a private dining area arranged just for us by the pool, beautifully decorated, and made even more special with a cinema night setup featuring bean bags and popcorn to entertain our little daughter. The chocolate cake (as seen in the photo) was absolutely delicious. Kay Homes was amazing. The entire team is genuinely caring, proactive, responsible, friendly, and so accommodating. They go above and beyond in every detail. Thank you Kay Homes!!

Located on a private stretch of white sandy beach in Al Jazirah Al Hamra, The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach boasts 32 private villas facing the sea, all with their own pool. It was lovely, the staff are amazing and very helpful. I loved the room design and details!

We had an amazing stay at Anantara. The room was beautiful and clean and the facilities were brilliant. The adult pool had recently opened on the beach, and we spent most of our day time here as it was so lovely. The food was sensational, we particularly liked the vibe at Beach House and spent a great evening there. The trip was made however, by the staff. A special thanks to Francis for making the best mojitos ever! But the star of our trip has to be Imran - who went out of his way on several occasions to make sure our trip was the best it could be. He’s a credit to the resort and just a wonderful person, so special thanks to him.

From the moment I stepped in, the hospitality and reception were top-notch. The customer service was exceptional, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Mr. Zee, whose warm and friendly demeanor truly stood out. His excellent attitude as a receptionist made all the difference, and I felt well taken care of. The resort itself is like a paradise in the desert. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and the service was impeccable. Overall, my experience was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this resort to others! The restaurant was absolutely amazing, a solid 10 out of 10! They offered a variety of delicious Indian dishes, mouth-watering chicken masala, and tasty Chinese cuisine. Breakfast was a treat as well. Everything was absolutely amazing!

DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island nằm trên Đảo Marjan, gần khu Al Hamra của thành phố Ras Al Khaimah. We loved our room and the beach view. The hotel's location was stunning, and it had everything we needed, including kids' activities, a wide variety of swimming pools and different restaurants. The staff were all very friendly, especially the driver, Jueil, who was extremely helpful and had a warm smile. There was so much variety at breakfast.
