The staff are very attentive and responsive. Offering me a welcome drink to help with dehydration when I arrived was a top-notch customer experience feeling for me. On my first day, I did not have a charging adapter and I asked for one, I was directed to a store where I could buy it. The staff is so friendly yet so professional. Marsela the receptionist was so helpful n supportive to our needs. The restaurant serves different dishes and so delicious. It is impressive indeed.
