The rooms are very well appointed and spacious, making it ideal for families. They also have a parking facility which was helpful for us as we had rented a car.

For dinner we had the tasting menu which was good, although I've had better. The receptionists were all amazing, super professional and friendly. The location is top notch, perfect for exploring what Tirana has to offer.

The staff was very welcoming and always available to fulfill my special requests. The room was great, the restaurant and bar also. Didn't had the oportunity to enjoy the spa and pool but visited the area and it was nice. Several times I was asked if we had a good time and needed anything else. The hotel was generally very nice but the staff was definitly the best part of our short stay there.
