I had the suite 401, what can I say, I could see the sea from my bed when the curtains were open. The beach is just across the street, sunbeds were free. Breakfast is buffet, but has anything you could possibly want. It is the same every day, bur you can create your own combinations. All the staff are super nice and friendly. But, I must point out Bella, the owner who also works in the hotel, alongside her staff. Super friendly, smile and patience for everyone. I have some mobility issues, but she was there helping me, running pharmacy errands for me, genuinely caring, checking to see how I was. When the soles of my flipflops separated, she found the super glue to fix them - they lasted till the end of my stay, but she offered to go to town and buy a pair. An amazing lady. I would also like to point out the great massage lady Anisa. Her daily massages really helped my legs You can find many modern hotels everywhere, but you won't find such passionate, dedicated, customer-service oriented staff everywhere. You will find that at Mazarine Hotel. I was deeply touched, honestly. I would gladly return to this hotel. Excellent, thank you dear staff for everything. P.S. they have beach towels, just ask for them. That's great because towels can occupy a lot of space in the suitcase.

The location was very close to everything you could need or want to experience in Sarande, while still being private and a quiet oasis from the loud music and bustling Sarande promenade. The private beach was a huge bonus. The gym was brand new and had more equipment than your average hotel, you could get a serious workout in, if you wanted to. The staff offered to pick us up from the ferry terminal and drop us off at the bus station which made our arrival and departure a breeze. We felt very spoiled staying here and would definitely return.

What truly stood out, however, was the staff — always warm, welcoming, and ready to help at any moment. They responded quickly and did their best to resolve every request. A special thanks to Kiwra, Aishu, and Brilund for their kindness and support. From the balcony, the view of the sunsets was absolutely breathtaking — one of those moments you look forward to each evening.

We booked for 2 nights (A couple and child). We stayed in the Junior suite with Pool view. Upon a arrival we knew instantly this was a special place. From check in the welcome was warm and friendly. The hotel was immaculate and clean and exactly as per the pictures. Our room was incredibly spacious and perfect for our stay with stunning views. We ate at the restaurant both nights and the food and service from Soto was top notch. (The grilled octopus and seafood platter were our favorite) As it was early April we didn't get to use the pool really but the pool and bar area is amazing. We preferred the quiet location out of town with stunning views, but everything you need is just 15 mins away by car. We highly recommend and will definitely be coming back in warmer weather.

A recently renovated property, Maxi Wellness Suite is set in Vlorë near Independence Square, Kuzum Baba. This apartment offers free private parking, full-day security and free WiFi. The accommodation provides luggage storage space and an ATM for guests. The apartment was in a fantastic location within a few minutes walk from the old town of Vlore with lots of bars and restaurants. Ruben came to meet us and showed us the apartment as soon as we arrived. Really comfortable rooms and beds. Very quiet. Amazing decor. And a great WiFi connection. With TV that included streaming like Netflix. En suite bathrooms for both bedrooms. Electric shutters for complete blackout. The entrance was between their small grocery store and a bar with wonderful coffee. The apartment had some wonderful and stylish decor. There was even a sauna although that was at extra cost and we didn't have time to enjoy that. An easy walk down to the promenade and port, as well as beaches. Loads of shops and restaurants and despite the rain we had a busy day in Vlore. The icing on the cake was the friendly host who went out of his way to make our staff a real luxury break.

The weather here in summer is hot and relaxing. The atmosphere in the city is festive and wonderful! I would especially like to note the friendliness and assistance in resolving many issues not only for accommodation, but also for organizing the rest of manager Pasha. We really want to come back again!
