New house is located near by the city center. The apartment had everything we needed and was really nice to stay at! I would say that currently this is the best option for staying in Saranda if you prefer comfort, style, privacy and yet proximity to the infrastructure and good price. Brand new, modern, spacious apartment with an amazing view of the sea and the town from the balcony. A big balcony with furniture. The apartment are equipped and furnished perfectly! Fashionable, very fresh repair! Good Internet.The apartment was super clean. It is equipped with everything you would need for a living - washing machine, oven, fridge, sets of utensils, etc. Absolutely amazing stuff - administrator Alisia, who took care of us and was there whenever we needed her at any time, and manager Pavlo, who was very hospitable and responsive to any questions or needs we had during our stay.
