Right from the first email to the last goodbye - It has been an amazing experience. They let us checkin early as they had a room available and let us shower after checkout post the trek. The staff each and everyone of them has been exceptional. This was our best stay in Argentina … and it’s because how welcomed we felt at the hotel.

The staff is friendly and polite. Since we had to leave without taking the last breakfast, the proposed to give us something to go.

Really great hotel, we only stayed for one night, as we were headed to the Brazilian side of Iguazu the next day, but we had a lovely evening. There was a tango show which was unexpected and nice. The hotel grounds are beautiful, room is very comfortable, and the food at the restaurant was quite good.

The territory of the hotel is very green and relaxing. Everything was above our expectations.
