The apartment was exceptionally clean and spacious with full equipment for cooking food and seperate bike storage. The staff were kind and professional about cleaning the apartment. Best of all, the sauna provided an excellent way of unwinding after a long day of biking to the apartment. I recommend anyone looking to stay in Melk stay in Alstadt apartments, especially those biking in on two wheels.

The outdoor heated pool with the beautiful view is the best. The service was great and the reasturant excellent. Perfect for a few days in the nature an hour from Vienna

Schreiner's - Das Waldviertel Haus se encuentra en Laimbach am Ostrong, a 27 km de Abadía Melk, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. The hotel is a very nice old style building in the middle of a nice village. The room was exceptionally big, very bright, full of sun. It has a wonderful garden, very spacious with playground for children. The hotel staff is very pleasant and nice and the stay there was relaxing. I can recommend for couples but also for families, the surrounding area is just beautiful for hiking, walking, spending some time near Danube river if you drive app.30 minutes.

Hotel Fahrnberger - Simply an Awesome Experience! Just got back from Hotel Fahrnberger and I gotta say - it was fantastic! Even though the buildings there are very old (foundations from the 14th century, they say), you'd never know it once you're inside. The rooms are clean, cozy, and the best part - you can sleep like a baby, no noise at all. Sauna Heaven After a day of skiing, nothing beats their wellness area. They have 3 different saunas and a nice relaxation room. And when you want to cool down? Just run outside into the snow! Bit of a shock, but the feeling afterward is amazing! And if the hotel's wellness area isn't enough for you, you can visit the nearby Ybbstaler Solebad baths (https://www.ybbstaler-solebad.at). The Food Was Amazing Breakfast? Awesome! The buffet had everything you could think of, and everything was fresh and tasty. The best part was being able to order eggs made any way you want - that was a great start to each day. The dinners were even better! We ordered those 4-course dinners and they were worth every penny. Something different every night and everything was so well prepared that we couldn't stop eating! Great Location The hotel is in a quiet spot, so no hustle and bustle. And what's great - the Hochkar ski slopes are super close. Morning to the slopes, evening back to the hotel, no long drives.
