The Heilthermen Resort Bad Waltersdorf is located in the Thermen- & Vulkanland in the East Styrian hill country, Eastern Styria’s hill country, 60 km from Graz. The property gave us a free room upgrade to a suite, which was amazing; beautiful modern room with a huge deck. the hotel-only spa area was amazing and very peaceful.

The family-run 4-star Naturhotel Bauernhofer is set in a quiet location on 1,132 metres above sea level on the Brandlucken, amidst the Almenland Nature Park. The property was amazing and the staff went above and beyond. The Pools and saunas were great and we had fantastic massages. The food was incredible.

Hotel-Restaurant Allmer is located a 10-minute walk from the centre of Weiz and offers a wellness area featuring a Finnish sauna and an infrared cabin. Very friendly staff. Beautiful, modern & clean rooms. Very good restaurant.

The Mönichwalderhof enjoys a scenic location in Mönichwald in Eastern Styria. It offers a spa area with an indoor pool, and a large garden with a children’s playground. Very friendly and helpful family and their crew. Open and available to any question. Being vegan i got special care with the meals. delicious and good quantity.

The family-run Mein Hotel Fast is situated in the centre of Wenigzell, just a 5-minute drive from the slopes and features a spacious spa area. Everything, clean room, we had renovated rooms extra clean, without carpet, balcony with nice view, clean sheets. Good food, breakfast was delicious all you need and good diversity too. Small pool but good for kids, very nice sauna. Excellent services and people staff nice and helpful.

Surrounded by the orchards and hills of the Pöllau Valley Nature Reserve, RETTER Bio-Natur-Resort is located in the scenic East Styrian hill country. The hotel left a truly wonderful impression — from the overall atmosphere to the thoughtful design and philosophy of the place. You can really feel the care for guests and the professionalism of the staff. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The only thing we missed was a bit more space in the textile-free area — it felt smaller than expected and didn’t provide the full sense of relaxation. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back, hopefully when this area becomes more spacious.
